Philosophy
Our philosophy is to play possession based attacking football.
To achieve this, we operate a ‘player-centred’ approach that delivers expert coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.
Overall we will create a professional environment where our players are encouraged to experiment and be creative and have no fear of failure in order to develop their technique and decision making.
Foundation Phase
ages 8-10
Our Foundation Phase develops how to link the fundamental and movements to the technical side of the game. Individuals will develop the Pro Football Academy Technical Fundamentals – Ball Control, Passing & Receiving and Goal Scoring in an environment where players are encouraged to take risks, express themselves and problem solve.
Mission statement

Our team of UEFA/FA coaches will provide a professional environment underpinned by our industry leading syllabus to ensure every player improves their technical skill level and achieves their footballing potential.
youth development phase
ages 11 - 14
As players progress to the Youth Development Phase, a more balanced approach is adopted where the players game understanding is developed, whilst still maintaining a degree of freedom and creativity. We also want to ensure we develop players who are effective decision makers.
